Jen Golnick is a Talent Lead at Point72 Private Investments, advising the executive teams across the portfolio on critical talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Jen’s responsibilities include hiring and coaching executive team members, driving executive team alignment, and providing subject matter expertise on human capital issues and challenges.

Prior to joining Point72, Jen worked at YSC, specializing in leadership strategy, assessment, and development for Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. She was previously at Deloitte in their Human Capital consulting practice.

Jen received her B.A. in Psychology from Washington University St. Louis and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is certified in Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) and has completed intensive executive coaching training from the College of Executive Coaching.
