While at Columbia, Gaelen was a Venture Capital Fellow and Co-President of the Venture Capital Club. Before business school, he was a consultant at EY-Parthenon.

I believe consumer technology has the unique ability to create both market value and improve our day-to-day lives. The most exciting companies provide consumers with a completely new utility, while also having the potential to expand their market significantly.

There are so many skilled builders and product people searching for a problem to solve. Founders solving problems they have encountered through their own lived experience tend to have a deeper understanding of how to solve them from the start.
