The top is never reached.
New ideas and technologies are constantly being developed, creating markets and opportunities along with them. One never reaches a point of proficiency where everything is figured out, you need to always be learning exploring something new. To me, that’s exciting.
Spectators don’t score points.
The best way to develop any level of proficiency is to get involved and try it out yourself. No amount of observation from the sidelines can replace the excitement, pace of learning and gratification that comes from deciding to take action, getting in the game, and learning as you go.
It’s all about the team.
At the end of the day, it’s the team who executes an idea no matter how polished the playbook or how large the opportunity is. Having the right team in place will allow them to motivate and challenge each other and will give the best odds of success.
