Get out of your comfort zone, that’s where the magic happens.

Push yourself in life—personally and professionally. In my experience, the most successful entrepreneurs and founders are willing to challenge themselves and step out of their comfort zone. In general, people are risk averse and fearful of failure and rejection. You’ll never know what is possible unless you try. Take risks, push yourself. You’ll be stronger because of it.

Winning is a team game.

I believe the greatest competitive advantage is people—not tech, not product. My advice to leaders is that to be effective, you must learn how to delegate, empower, and challenge your teams with meaningful and impactful work. Take the training wheels off and watch them fly.

“Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you’re right!” – Henry Ford

Don’t underestimate the power of a positive mindset. The path to success is rarely straightforward and without bumps in the road. You’re not going to be successful unless you are willing to fail—and fail fast. Don’t let these failures defeat your spirit. Learn, apply, adapt, and grow.
