Seeing others’ passion motivates me.
I am energized by founders who think big and aim high. I believe that partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs to help turn bold visions into reality is one of the most challenging and rewarding aspects of venture capital. My enthusiasm for supporting passionate founders drives my work every day.
I believe in the team first.
Drawing from my background as a competitive athlete, I deeply understand the power of strong team dynamics. I believe the most successful teams share characteristics like: clear communication, attention to detail, mutual trust, and a commitment to pushing each member toward their full potential. I strive to embody these principles in my partnerships with founders.
Early-stage decisions can be tough, so let’s work to strike a balance together
I emphasize the importance of balancing data-driven insights with empathy and intuition. I believe in combining rigorous analysis with carefully honed instincts to make sound decisions and provide value to the companies I work with.
