Daniel Gwak is an advisor for Point72 Private Investments, the private investing business of Point72 Asset Management.

Dan is the Chief Investment Officer at IQT, overseeing the investment team and strategy to scale technologies critical to maintaining U.S. security and technology dominance.

Dan previously served as the Managing Partner of Point72 Private Investments, Before then, he held positions at In-Q-Tel, Credit Suisse and The Carlyle Group. He was also fireteam leader in the United States Marine Corps, where he was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon and Purple Heart for actions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
